Amy lives here at the beach full time year round and also bartends part time at Bank Shots in Wilmington, Delaware and waits tables part-time at Arena's in Rehoboth. She loves pizza! So if you walk out on a tab with her, you can always make it up to her with a slice the next day!

Casey has been here for 9 years now. He splits his time barbacking and bartending. Not many people spend as many hours around here as Casey. Even when he is not working, you can normally find him here taking challenges on darts, beer pong or shuffleboard.

Chester

Started in 2000, in his 8th year. Previously spent 13 years down the street at The Rusty Rudder. In the off-season, Chester travels and plays a ton of golf. While at the same time following Maryland Men's Basketball and Loyola Man's Basketball. Everyone know that Chet loves Coors Light and Grand Marnier, but Monty asks that you please take it easy on poor old Chester! We need him around here for a while, so please...no shots!

The famous DJ that has helped not only put Dewey Beach on the map, but has made The Starboard what it is for the past 26 years! Known for his antics in the DJ booth, anyone who has requested a song at The Starboard is sure to remember John! John also owns a hot tub business just up the street, so if you are ever interested in tubs, he is your guy!

Keith handles everything from security to customer satisfaction here at The Starboard. In his 9th year here, he will be dancing with you one minute, then escorting some unruly customer the next. When Jimi Smooth & The Hit Time play, Keith has a habit of ending up on stage with a microphone in his face. If you ever need anything here, see Keith as he is always willing to help you out!

Kevin started here at The Starboard in 1998, now in his 10th season. He bartends here on the weekend as his part time job, as he is busy running our awesome Bethany Blues BBQ Restaurant down the street. When Kevin is here, this is his social life, so be sure that he is having a good time...or send him home!! Kevin won Delaware Today's "Best Bartender" for Sussex County here in 2006.

In his spare time Lincoln plays guitar for the band Gypsy Sullivan, www.gypsysullivan.com, and bartends part-time at Bank Shots on Union St. in Wilmington, Delaware. Lincoln is the nicest big man you will ever meet. Many of his customers have formed the "Drinkin' w/ Lincoln" cult!

Started here originally in 1990, barbacked for Monty til the Summer of 1993, then went over to the old Waterfront. He bartended at the Waterfront till the Summer of 1999. Matty jumped back to The Starboard in 2000 and we have not been able to get rid of him since! We fire him weekly, and he continues to show up for work! In his "other" life, Matty sells real estate with Ocean Atlantic Realty, so if you are interested in beach real estate, let Matty set you up! His favorite food is everything, same with his cocktail. He is a solid 2 handicap, so don't let him tell you anything differently!

Reggie

Who doesn't know Reggie? No one! Reggie is in his 12th year down here in Dewey. After retiring from the Redskins in 1992, Monty talked Regging into coming to The Starboard, and the rest is history! His is the most recognizable face here, and about as friendly as anyone could ever imagine. You can't believe the amount of people that just stop in to talk to Reggie. He spends a bunch of his off-season contributing his time to children's charity organizations, including hosting his own tournament here at the beach, www.TouchdownsForKids.com. During the winter months, Reggie is normally down in the Orlando, Florida area, so be sure to look him up!

Toastie started out at The Starboard when he turned 16 years old, literally making toast in the kitchen. Hence his nickname "Toastie"! Now, in his 8th year here, he has taken over the daytime management position at The Starboard. You used to see him on the front door of the VIP entrance. Now you will see him in our dining room making sure your breakfast is perfect!

Started in 1999 now in his 9th year at The Starboard. Started in the kitchen, the barbacked and now bartends as well as manages the bar. This guy has done it all here! He is the one guy that works year round and keeps The Starboard straight. Travers is literally Monty's right arm around The Starboard. So if you need to know anything and cannot find Monty, Trav is your guy!
