Halfway though June
Date: June 25, 2010

What a huge weekend The Starboard had with awesome entertainment from G. LOVE on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, as well as our 4th annual FLAG DAY Party on Sunday. I hope those of you in town really enjoyed this past weekend cause it was plenty special for all of us on our end. Throw in the United States World Cup game on Saturday afternoon, this place was at full capacity from Noon-last call!
The Flag Day Parade started down at Nalu...headed up the beach led by our Flag Day Host Pat Hurley and our own Dewey Beach Mayor, Rick Solloway! Thanks to those guys along with our DC/NY firemen for the bag pipes and drums to make it a festive day for all involved as well as all laying on our beaches!

Father's Day weekend is generally the final slower weekend here in Dewey. After this weekend we kick into high gear with schools out and people taking vacations. Between Reggie Branch's Touchdowns for Kids Golf outing Sunday and Monday and all of our regular events, we will have plenty to occupy you throughout this coming weekend at The Starboard!

You Baltimore folks all know your famous CAN'T HANG! They pack every house they play in the city of Baltimore. They are back several Sunday nights this summer, starting this coming week at 10pm here at The Starboard. If you are staying in town, stop by for some of their awesome reggae as they are a MUST SEE attraction!
In our sixth year of raising funds for our local youth sports here at the beach, this weekend we welcome several current and former NFL players to The Starboard to help this on-going fundraiser Reggie believes in so much. From the Rehoboth Beach Little League, Pop Warner football, and our Rehoboth and Dewey Junior lifesaving programs, we contribute funds to all of these organizations to help keep their programs afloat. For any of you that wish to help Reggie out in his effort, we invite you to check out the website www.TouchdownforKids.com or send in a check for any amount payable to Touchdowns for Kids to us at 2009 Highway One, Dewey Beach, DE 19971. Thanks so much for your help as Reggie pours his heart into helping our area children!
